Literally the best platform I ever used like the app is crazy good and u had to sacrifice my old bank account just to get this level of app satisfaction like it's top notch 👌🏻. Right now I'm waiting for my card. Hopefully everything will go well!! One thing I think the app needs is tge faster loading speed and the DARK THEME. it's a must have mates and I'm sure we all gon like it more so may yall try to add it ASAP pretty please? 😁🙏🏻

السادة المسؤولون عن إدارة هذا التطبيق تجربتي معكم سيئة للغاية ، ومن قراءتي للتعليقات على هذا المنشور ، أدركت بأن كل الناس تشتكي منكم وغير راضية عن طريقة تعاملكم ، ولا أدري لماذا الإصرار على سوء المعاملة وقهر الزبائن إلى مستوى لا يليق بالبنك العربي ، وبدأت أشك بأنها سياسة مقصودة ومتعمدة من الإدارة العليا لأسباب لا أعلمها ، وحتى المعاملة داخل الفروع سيئة للغاية وهناك تأخير غير مبرر ، وحتى الصرافات متخلفة جدا عن صرافات البنوك الأخرى وتحتاج أي عملية مصرفية ثلاثة أضعاف الوقت اللازم بصرافات بنوك أخر
