The app is extremely buggy and still can't complete registration. I contacted Arab Bank 3 times, most recently 2 months ago. Each time, they opened a ticket and promised the concerned department would contact me. No one ever did, and the issue is still unresolved. Technical issues happen, but 3 complaints, 2 months of silence, and zero follow-up is unacceptable. Opening tickets without solving anything is not customer service. Their digital services and support have seriously declined.

اغلب الأوقات ما بيفتح حتى على صفحة اسم المستخدم و كلمة المرور الا لما اعيد تشغيل الجهاز

التطبيق الجديد جدا سيئ ، خيارات الوصول والتحويل للارصدة والبطاقات معقدة وتحتاج لأكثر من خطوة على عكس التطبيق القديم ، عدا عن بطئ التطبيق وكثرة التعليق والاصلاحات فيه .. يفترض كا بنك عريق اختبار جودة التطبيق ومدى سلاسته قبل طرحه على المستخدم .. كمستخدم وعميل منتمي لهذا البنك رأيي العدول عن هذا التطبيق واسترجاع التطبيق الاقدم
The new app is very bad. Accessing and transferring to accounts and cards is complicated and requires more steps than the old app, besides being slow and frequently freezing and needing fixes. An established bank should test the app's quality and ease of use before releasing it. As a user and loyal customer, I recommend abandoning this app and bringing back the older one.

The app feels extremely cluttered and one of the most counterintuitive banking apps I’ve ever used. Also most actions now require a face scan using the camera then it gets uploaded then wait for it to match. which I’ve tried 13 times and never worked once, suggest using Face ID or a second password like the old app. The interface and intractability needs a complete rework. Will be deleting and returning to the older arabi mobile app. What a disappointment and a frustrating waste of my time.

one of the worst experience at arab bank first issue he i push zain bill to preview then pay he took it as pay order second i cant put tap to pay into it the first is more better

Newer app should have a better user experience. The app doesn't provide that, the old one still, in my opinion the best. Alot of complexities introduced in the app which don't provide anything new in the new app.
