التطبيق ثقيل جدا جدا، اي اشي بتعمله بوخذ وقت لودينج منيح، ك تطبيق بنك المفروض يكون اسرع من هيك. على سبيل المثال اذا بدك احول لحدا مصاري ع اي براق بدي ٥ دقايق وانا استنا كل صفحة تفتح، المفروض التحويل او اي اشي بشكل عام يكون اسرع ما يوخذ وقت.
The app is extremely slow; every action takes a long time to load, including waiting five minutes for each page during a transfer.

after the new update, now i cannot login on my oneplus 15 as it keeps showing a security message the app cannot open while a phone call is active, even though no call is going on!

After the latest update (beginning of Sep 2026), the App is requesting access permission to manage calls, and it hangs if not granted. So weird!

I am very enthusiastic about the Arab Bank's customer-centric philosophy, which prioritizes the customer's needs and convenience. One of the bank's most innovative features was its loyalty points system, which encouraged customers to use their credit cards for online purchases. However, the bank has recently reduced the number of points earned, making it ineffective for customers to use their loyalty points.

App is slow, asks for a lot of unnecessary permissions. Chooses unsafe authentication mechanisms. Bank all in all is technologically challenged. Simple operations require bank intervention and countless hours with customer support. Only cares about branding and marketing, no quality-of-life improvements being done for customers. This is not new, the reviews, say it all.

Why did you hide fingerprint login from my account? It worked before, but after the new update it disappeared; reinstalling did not restore it.

I could not add the card as tap-to-pay cards, and I always got the "service is not available" message. This is too annoying, so I could not use the cards that I have through my mobile.

The worst communication I have ever seen in terms of secured messages and notifications, lagging and unusual behavior and delay in processing. lacks so.much details.which is available.on the web portal.and not showing here. lack of responsiveness and taking shortcuts in terms of getting back to client. ‐--------------‐ update 24 hours later Phone Number was given no one called back or even bothered himself to do so. Lie after lie from the bank of lies.

switched to a new device and it asked me for a selfie/video to activate the app! it won't get activated immediately too. This method is invasive. other banks ask for a pin or use different methods. there should be other methods to activate, especially for women. the agreement note to process the taken photo is vague too. and if you disagree? no other option. very disappointing. long term will terminate my account ... also the note hints to agreement that third party access my photo : )

البنك كله فاشل فى المعامله فى الإدارة فى التواصل . عبارة عن مجرد أشخاص حفظين كلمتين بيسمعوهم لينا كل مكالمه و كل مقابله . لو كان فى تقييم أقل كنت عملت كدة
The entire bank is failing in service, management, and communication. It is just people repeating two memorized phrases on every call and visit. If there were a lower rating, I would give it.
